Following the PM’s announcement on Sunday about the possible easing of lockdown restrictions Astrea schools are currently awaiting further advice from the Department for Education to support detailed planning for the relevant year groups at our schools. As of today schools remain open for the children of key workers and vulnerable pupils only as per the national guidance, and we will continue to provide support for home learning as we have been doing. Once DfE plans are clearer we will work as quickly as possible to make the necessary arrangements for the relevant year groups, and will of course be in touch with parents and carers with as much advance notice as we can.
Please be assured that our top priority remains as always the safety of pupils, their families and our staff. Stay safe!
